Shipping Policy

At Grandma’s Remedy, every order is created with care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom-made, please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After processing, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be emailed to you so you can follow your package in real time.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location. We use USPS and other reliable carriers to ensure your order is handled with care.

  • Delivery Times: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier service. While most orders arrive within a week after shipping, delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.

  • Local Pick-Up: Customers in Los Angeles may choose free local pick-up in Leimert Park. Pick-up is available on Saturdays and Sundays only, and instructions will be sent after your order is confirmed.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Grandma’s Remedy is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because all of our items are custom-made apparel, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. This policy ensures that each piece is made uniquely for you and cannot be resold.

However, we want you to be happy with your experience:

  • Order Issues: If your order arrives with a defect or issue, please email us at 📧 grandmasremedy@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery. While we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, we will gladly provide you with a 25% discount on your next order as a courtesy.

  • Final Sale Items: All products are considered final sale at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping Damages: Once an order has been handed over to USPS or another shipping carrier, Grandma’s Remedy is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If this occurs, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.
