Welcome to Grandma’s Remedy. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Custom Orders

  • All items are made-to-order custom apparel. Each piece is carefully designed and produced based on your selection.

  • Please review product details, sizing charts, and descriptions carefully before completing your order, as modifications cannot be made once production begins.

 

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in USD and may be updated at any time without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

  • By placing an order, you represent that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

3. No Returns or Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds under any circumstances.

 

4. Courtesy Discount

  • If there is an issue with your order (such as a defect or problem with customization), we are happy to extend 25% off your next purchase as a courtesy.

  • To request a courtesy discount, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details of the issue.

 

5. Shipping & Pick-Up

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Local pick-up is available in Leimert Park (Los Angeles, CA) on Saturdays and Sundays only. Instructions will be sent once your order is ready for pick-up.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information. Grandma’s Remedy is not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

6. Liability

  • Grandma’s Remedy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

  • Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Grandma’s Remedy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to resolve any issues related to lost or damaged deliveries.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of Grandma’s Remedy. Reproduction, distribution, or use of our materials without permission is prohibited.
